Ben is highly experienced and educated coach having been one of the first ever CrossFit coaches in Australia, travelling to California in 2008 and coaching at two of the original CrossFit Affiliates before opening CrossFit Moreland. With his background and qualifications as a health professional, Ben works with beginner to elite athletes, Olympic weightlifters and CrossFitters treating acute and chronic pain, implementing injury prevention strategies and developing top performance in his clients.

Ben's mission is to make CrossFit Moreland one of Melbourne's premier boxes, generating a positive message to the wider community of the power of CrossFit and to change peoples lives.

Georgia is a dedicated fitness coach with experince in CrossFit and endurance running. Highly active throughout her younger years participating in athletics and cross country running she developed a passion for sports, health and fitness. This passion led her to CrossFit.

Since 2009 CrossFit as her been her focus and reasons behind the radical chnage in her body and mind, creating a strong sense of self-beleif and confidence in her abaility to do anything. Complementing CrossFit Georgia also competes in long distance endurance running having completed the 100km Surf Coast run, Great Wall Marathon, New York Marathon and many others.

Dylan was a passionate sportsman growing up, playing everything from athletics to hockey. Health and fitness has always being a big part of his life. After tiring of traditional gyms, he stumbled upon CrossFit and his entire life changed.

Forging a new understanding of what was possible for his own health and fitness, he had a burning desire to impart this onto others and drive what ordinary people can truly achieve. He believes a CrossFit box is a place to have fun, learn to use your body in ways you never thought possible and to believe in yourself, no matter what challenge gets thrown at you.

Nathan discovered CrossFit in 2013, when his boxing coach put him through one of the CrossFit benchmark workouts "Fight Gone Bad". He had been training in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for 5 years and thought he was pretty fit. CrossFit changed what he thought "fit" meant, showing him a new world where everyday people were doing extaordinary things.

Nathan threw in the gloves from MMA and has solely focused on CrossFit ever since. As a trainer Nathan brings personality and energy to his sessions as well as a keen eye and passion for movement, mobility and posture.

Sukwon started Taekwondo when he was 4 years old in South Korea and at age 10 began participating in state and national championships. In 2009, Sukwon came to Australia to study sports coaching and personal training. His passion was to help athletes and people reach their goals whether becoming a champion in sport or just to lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Since 2013, Sukwon has been training athletes and everyday people, believing that generating a successful mindset will in turn powerfully and positively impact your fitness levels and drive to achieve your fitness goals.

Sukwon's mission is to introduce CrossFit to Taekwondo, to enhance your physical capacity and to introduce the mindset of Taekwondo to CrossFit, to get more from your training.

Tracey has been involved with fitness activities most of her life. From cross country in school and continuing through long distance running, triathlons, cycling, swimming and gym in general. In 2007 she was introduced to CrossFit and was hooked.  Tracey is mother to two daughters and knows first hand training through pregnancy She continued to train both before and after the births of both her girls.  

Tracey has competed in several local competitions and in the last three CrossFit opens has attained of top 150 in Australia.  As her journey progressed, Tracey decided to attain her Level 1 CrossFit Coach certification.

Amelia brinbgs to Moreland one of the most experinced female CrossFit Coaches. From competing at Regionals in both an individual and in teams to her 3rd place in the Olympic weightlifting at the World Masters Games, Amelia has over 12 years of fitness. Amelia started CrossFit in 2009 when she was working at Fitness First and it wasn’t too long till she was hooked. Since Amelia was already in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, becoming a CrossFit Coach was a natural progression and she hasn’t looked back. Amelia loves how being a CrossFit Coach has expanded her coaching knowledge to disciplines like Olympic lifting and gymnastics, stuff that she would of never gotten into. Now Olympic lifting is her passion. 

As a coach her favourite thing to do is help people achieve things that they never thought they can do.  Watching someone get their first pull up, first double under, first muscle up or even first push up is honestly the most exciting and rewarding thing to watch.

Marcus found CrossFit in 2013 by great coincidence searching through the internet as a way to supplement his long distance running and general strength,growing up he played all sports but intently filled his time with basketball and cross country running. While CrossFitting, Marcus has competed in various local competitions. He has a passion for weightlifting and enjoys improving his fitness in creative ways.

CrossFit gave Marcus a new level of understanding of what the human body is capable of doing. He strives to help others realise this as well as smash barriers of what they previously thought possible,ultimately helping others to be the best versions of themselves they can be.

Marcus believes in hard work, learning about and listening to your body and improving on anything you set you mind too!

Like most American kids, Zach played baseball and football for most of his childhood.  A little before highschool he stumbled upon Jiu-jitsu, sambo, Muay Thai and judo.  After a knee injury he decided to swap football for soccer and continued with that through high school and university, where he eventually found CrossFit.

He believes unreservedly in the pursuit of virtuosity in all endeavours and in a relentless and unending quest for knowledge.   Quite simply, if something is worth any of our time, it is worth as much as it takes to fully understand and truly master, and hopefully we can have fun with it along the way.  Zach’s goal is to help people to break through barriers, whether self-imposed or perceived, physical and mental — and to achieve more than they believed themselves capable of achieving.

Cameron has been involved in fitness since his teenage years and has always planned on coaching and strength and conditioning as his career. He discovered CrossFit purely by accident when wheelchair bound for 3 months after a freak gym accident. He immediately realised that his future direction in fitness was going to change.

His belief is quality without compromise and that no one should except mediocrity from themselves or others. Using his further education in strength and conditioning he takes an evidence based and scientific approach to his training and programming. It has allowed him to accurately track and measure goals and plan for future successes.
