Well we have made it very easy for you to get started. 

For people with NO previous CrossFit Experience

STEP 1 - BOOK ONLINE to get to your FREE, no-obligation Intro Session with one of our expert coaches designed to give you a taste of CrossFit! You can come and see what we are all about and get plenty out of this session whether you are an everyday person, parent, experienced athlete or have prior CrossFit experience. You get to meet the team, our members and have some fun in the process. We currently run Intro Sessions three times a week:

  • Monday - 10:45am
  • Wednesday - 6:30pm
  • Saturday - 9:00am

STEP 2 - Once you decide that CrossFit Moreland is for you, we put you through our CrossFit Beginners Workshop. This consists of 2 x 1 hour sessions to take you through the core movements safely and in your own time. We know from experience that this is an important step in getting you safely and confidently on your fitness journey.

STEP 3 - Once you have completed your Beginners Workshop you are good to train whenever suits your lifestyle. We have a number of different membership options available. So what are you waiting for - book your Intro Session today. If you have any queries you can contact us.

FOR PEOPLE WITH PREVIOUS CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE

If you have previous CrossFit experience (6 months at a registered Affiliate), you can jump straight into one of our memberships and join the community.  We have a number of plans and sessions available (shown below). You can signup ONLINE quickly and easily.
