CONDITIONING (40mins)

 

Every 8mins for 40mins:

 

800m run

*time remaining from that 8mins perform

 

Round 1- Build to a heavy OHS squat

Round 2- Accumulate either 50 HSPU or 75 push ups

Round 3- heavy power clean

Round 4- Accumulate either 50 chest to bar, 30 normal pull ups or 15 muscle ups

Round 5- Heavy strict press
