Thruster Ladder
 -5 sets every 90 seconds (mins: 0, 1:30, 3, 4:30, 6) to work up to a heavy single thruster
 -The weight must be cleaned from the floor
 -You may only increase the weight once you have successfully completed the previous weight
 -Men: Max increase in weight = 10kg
 -Women: Max increase in weight = 5kg
