-Every time you break your reps you must complete:
Guys- 200m row (under 50 seconds)
Women- 150m row (under 45 seconds)

Then, 
EMOTM for 7mins:
Advanced
2x Push Press
3x Push Jerk 

Beginner
2x Strict Press 
3x Push Press
