10x KB Swings (32/24)
-One person works while the other rests. 5 rounds each as fast as possible. Team with the fastest time wins.

Advanced: Back Squat 5@70%, 5@75%, 3@80%, 3@85%, 3@90%, max reps @90%+ Beginners: Back Squat 5, 5, 3, 3, 3, 3 (weight stays the same throughout, speed of movement increases).
