EMOTM for 9mins:
7x High Hang Power Cleans (HHPC) + 3x Push Jerks (PJ) (minutes 1 & 4)
5x HHPC + 2x PJ (minutes 2 & 5)
3x HHPC + 1x PJ (minutes 3 & 6)
-Use 60% of your 1RM High Hang Clean

Then, 

3 Rounds 
400m Shuttle Run Test.
-Each partner takes turns completing the 400m run whilst carrying a plate. One person runs while the other rests.
