Scaling Options:
Substitute the muscle ups and handstand push ups for one of the following three scaling options: 
1. 4x ring dips, 4x CTB pull ups
2. 4x ring push ups, 4x pull ups
3. 4x CTG push ups, 4x jumping pull ups
