Skill Day

5 Rounds for total reps:
-max rep pistols
-max rep double unders
-max rep burpee box jumps (24/20)
-L-Sit for max time

Notes: record your total score (number of reps). 1 second = 1 rep in the L-Sit. Pace yourself and leave 1-2 reps in the tank (don't go to failure). The purpose here is practice :)
